Over the years, I have been first reader, editor, and sounding board for countless novels, short stories, plays, screenplays, reviews, and articles. I am also a published photographer.
Before moving to America, I spent over a decade working in London as an actress, appearing in film, tv, and theatre, but making a better living in commercials and a music video that’s still racking up views today. Since 2007, I have been teaching English and writing in America, including at Smith College, UMass, Amherst, and area community colleges. In 2010 I published a monograph on the Brontës, and I have also published some pieces in Meat for Tea: The Valley Review, which I briefly co-edited. My first publication of the new year is in Rabbit Hole and I have recently become a staff writer at Controversial Woman. Naturally, I have an unfinished novel under my belt. |
